Palak’s meticulous attitude, makes her a natural operational champion, through which she ensures building strong processes and guidelines that defines our highly efficient investor service capabilities. Additionally, her compassion and will to enhance every staff member’s working environment to the best of their satisfaction, makes her the People’s person.
Palak has worked in various companies in administrative & operational capacity. Lastly with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in several functions - customer care, branch operations, team lead of operation team and branch -preliminary underwriting. Apart from that, she’s been in one of the toughest job for many years that too without pay – Managing her home & her family.
