Dinesh had a 2 decade long and experiential journey in his financial career in the corporate world, having worked with best of the groups in India in financial sector.
After his Business Management Degree, he started his career as Wealth Advisor with Aditya Birla Group managing HNI Wealth. He later went on to work with Kotak Group, DawnayDay AV Advisors (UK based firm), Motilal Oswal Group, Capital First and finally with Piramal Group.
Dinesh gathered various skill sets and expertise during his stint in above companies and got opportunity to work in several functions:

Palak’s meticulous attitude, makes her a natural operational champion, through which she ensures building strong processes and guidelines that defines our highly efficient investor service capabilities. Additionally, her compassion and will to enhance every staff member’s working environment to the best of their satisfaction, makes her the People’s person.
Palak has worked in various companies in administrative & operational capacity. Lastly with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in several functions - customer care, branch operations, team lead of operation team and branch -preliminary underwriting. Apart from that, she’s been in one of the toughest job for many years that too without pay – Managing her home & her family.
She along with Dinesh, co-founded Bluegrid Financial Solutions leading operational activity, administration, human relations and finally the most sensitive and zero-tolerance function called Customer Service desk.
Apart from managing financial health of investors through Bluegrid, she has a passion towards managing physical health. Being a passionate fitness trainer and certified coach for many fitness related activities, health and fitness takes all the time she gets after managing office, people and home.
